WHY I DO THIS
I learned this the hard way.
I spent a decade in corporate operations before leaving to build my own business.
I'd been trained in structure, accountability, and operational discipline. I knew what a well-run organization looked like.
And I still made the same mistake most entrepreneurs make. I believed the only path to freedom was through the grind.
No structure. No process. Just passion and hustle. For a while, it worked.
Then my son became suddenly and severely ill, and I had to walk away.
It was eighteen months before I could return. When I did, I faced a truth I hadn't seen coming: I didn't have a business to come back to.
Not because I wasn't skilled. Not because I hadn't worked hard enough. Because I had built something that only existed inside my head, with nothing documented, no systems, and no one who could step in.
Everything I now teach came out of that.
Every entrepreneur is one life crisis away from a business crisis, unless they build differently.
